Company Background

Cheap And Bulk was founded in 2004. But the phrase started long ago in a shopping mall food court. There I was with "BIG AL", one of my childhood friends from long ago. I peered in my wallet to find credit cards but no cash. I asked BIG AL to buy me lunch, as I had done for him many times. He replied, "Sure, that's fine, as long as it's CHEAP and BULK".
